Oulton Park - L&CPU
Photographic Competition

Saturday 28 September 2002 and 9 members went to Outon Park Racetrack
with our complimentary tickets, thanks L&CPU, to try our hand at Motor Racing.

The weather was very dull but we all good a good day out and I'm sure a lot of
film will end up in the waste bin by most of us. Roll on the Competition!

The competition has now been judged and the results announced on the
L&CPU web site. Out of the 9 SPS members who attended the race meeting,
only 2 members took the trouble to enter the competition, 1 print set
and 1 slide set. Mike Kirk had a slide commended and Mike Pollitt won
the competition with the print below!

The moral is - ‘if you don’t enter - you’ll never win!’

There is going to be a smaller competition, with a small amount of
free tickets, coming up on 5 May, watch this space for details.
